Wednesday 19.03.2014 - Arrival of delegations;

14:00 – 16:00 Accreditation (athletes with coaches must be present personally and have ID) Accreditation will take place according to arrival of teams:  Estonia, Russia, Italia, France, Poland, Japan, Checz, Sweden, Austria. Registration of atheletes for next day event.

18:00  Technical meeting of team representatives (technical details of competitions, drawing the starting order, etc.).  Conditions of tracks will be assessed and based on that will be decided distances for competitions.

 Official classical event training on tracks.  

Thursday 20.03.2014 -  Competition day1  

Distances :  Classical -  Male 10  km, Female 5 km
I start kell 9.00 Male -  CL 10 km
I start kell  10.00 Female  - CL 5  km 

12.00 Opening ceremony – opening greetings; National anthem of Estonia, greetings from Major of Otepää, musical interlude. Country flag will be carried by representative of the country

Awarding of the first day winners.

16:00 Registration of athletes for next day event.

16:00-17:00  Official free style event training on tracks
18:00 Technical meeting of team representatives

Friday 21.03.2014 -  Competition day 2

Distances:  Free style – Male 15 km, Female 7,5 km

I start  kell 9.00  Female – F 7,5 km

II start kell 10.00 Male -  F15 km

 12:00 Awarding second day winners

16:00 Registration of athletes for next day event.

16:00-17:00  Official free style event training on tracks
18:00 Technical meeting of team representatives

 

Saturday 22.03.2014 -  Competition day 3

Distances: free style sprint – 1km

 I start kell 9.00  Male

II start kell 10.00 Female

 11:00 Awarding third day winners. Closing ceremony.

RULES

The event will be conducted in accordance with the current rules of INAS

Nordic Skiing Sports Specifications (INAS Handbook, Section 7, item 7.15)

REFEREES

All referees will be supported by the Estonian Skiing Federation and they have international accreditation.

ELIGIBILITY AND CLASSIFICATION

The event is open to athletes who are eligible to represent their national association according and to be in INAS Master List no later than final entry date. There will not be any guest entry!

MEDICAL SERVICE AND DOPING CONTROL

Sports Medial staff will be present during each day of the competition. It is necessary for all participants to have contributory insurance cover.

During the competitions the doping tests will be precede according to INAS rules.

ENTRY FEE

Entry fee for 8th INAS World Skiing Championships per night per person will be cost

100 Euro (it includes  transport from Tallinn Airport to Tehvandi Sport Center and back; accommodation, meals; Medial Service)

*** extra night ( accommodation, 3 x meals, use of sport facilities)  120 EUR

EQUIPMENT

All athletes will use their own skiing equipment.
